I'd go back in a Heartbeat
Update on the facilities. The resort offers 7 restauraunts now. The a la cartes were fantastic. The service was second to none. All the staff of the resort treated you very well. We left little trinkets for the maids and tips a couple of dollars at the bars and restaurants. We were greated every morning with fresh cut coconuts on our patio from the gardener and it only cost us a bottle of water each morning. We also tipped the gardener at the end of our week a whole $5 and he was delighted. The pool was fantastic, clean and the pool bar was great. You might have to ask for a little extra rum in the drinks but it was no problem. By day 3 the bartender knew us very well we didn't have to ask for what we wanted. We arrived just after terrential rains and our original room was very moldy smelling. We asked to be transfered to another room and within 2 hours we were in an freshly renovated room by the pool and beach and wouldn't ask for anything more. The beach was clean and had lots of chairs and umbrellas to choose from. There was lots to do. Excursions all started at around $100 US per person but you could usually get them down to between $60 and $70 per person with a little persuasion. All in all, I highly recommend this resort.
